About Lonestar Sausage & BBQ2

Lonestar is a BBQ restaurant which specialize in home made sausage and slow smoked meats. Our signature sausages are handmade using All Beef or Beef and Pork blends. Our Briskets, Ribs, Chicken and Sausages are smoked with a Texas Oak giving it a mild smoke flavor reminiscent of the food my Grandfather prepared when I was a child. This place is so good!!!!! We came on a Saturday around 2ish and it wasn't busy...YET. The owner greeted us like he had already know us, very warm and friendly and let us look over the menu. By the time I ordered people had began to trickle in from the interactions they appeared to be regulars and were all greeted warmly and promptly. That atmosphere alone is worth the trip. I ended up ordering the 4 Meat/Texan plate which was amazing , great quantity AND quality
